What’s next for Trump travel ban 2.0

This isn’t the first time Trump’s travel ban has been overruled by federal judges. However, this time, his options have been limited. He has two rulings against him in two federal circuits, meaning he’ll now have to persuade two appeals courts to overturn lower judges’ rulings to immediately lift the freeze on his ban.
